1. Your Rights

Under UK consumer law, digital content (such as downloadable PDFs, videos, and online resources) is treated differently from physical goods. Once access is granted, the content is considered “used” because it can be downloaded, stored or copied instantly. This means the usual right to request a refund after purchase does not apply once your subscription has started. You do, of course, have the right to cancel your subscription at any time, which will stop future payments.

 

2. Payment & Refunds

  • Subscription fees are charged at £7.99 per month (or as otherwise stated at checkout).

  • Payments are taken automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • Because www.rumbohub.com provides immediate access to all resources upon subscription, refunds are not possible. For example, if a subscriber pays for six months but chooses not to log in or download materials, we cannot verify whether the resources have been accessed or used. As resources are continually added and available throughout your subscription, your membership remains active and valuable regardless of usage.

 

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • All Rumbo’s resources, PDFs, videos, images, blog posts, website and downloadable content are created by and remain the intellectual property of Rachael Meleady at Rumbo.

  • All content is protected under UK copyright law.

  • Subscribers may use the resources for their own personal or educational purposes only.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, resell, share or distribute Rumbo materials in any form.

  • You may not republish or present Rumbo content as your own work. Any plagiarism, copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

 

4. Account Responsibility

  • Subscribers are responsible for keeping their login details secure.

  • Accounts must not be shared with others outside your household or organisation.

  • Rumbo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if these terms are breached.

 

5. Liability & Disclaimer

  • While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and quality, Rumbo is not liable for how resources are used.

  • Resources are provided “as is” for educational purposes.

  • Rumbo cannot be held responsible for any loss, misuse or misrepresentation of materials once downloaded.

  • If you notice any errors or issues in the resources, please let us know - we will always do our best to correct mistakes promptly.

 

6. Transparency & Fairness

Subscribing means you agree to these terms.

This policy protects both you as a customer (ensuring fairness and clarity) and Rumbo as a provider (allowing us to keep creating and sharing new resources every week).
